Susan Frost attended Pacific Union College in Napa, California and graduated in 1976 as a Registered Nurse and California State Certified Emergency Nurse. She entered sales as a pharmaceutical sales representative with Wyeth Laboratories in 1981. In 1983 she entered the field of mortgage brokering and achieved Lender status by 1986. Her extensive experience in mortgage lending includes but is not limited to loan processing, loan officer, loan document drawing and funding. She held positions as Special Services Division Manager (dedicated to marketing support loan officers,) a CalPERS Wholesale Division founder and manager (which became the top CA producer within 4 months of opening,) recruiting and establishment of the Lake Tahoe Branch office as well as acting CFO over corporate accounting and a servicing portfolio of FNMA and FHLMC loans. After the sale of the mortgage operation, Susan continued to expand her knowledge in the field of Real Estate investing, property management as well as marketing consultation for varied other companies. Most recently, Susan was acting SVP-National Sales and Marketing for EquiPoint Financial Network, Inc. Susan is Past-Vice Chair for the Tentmakers, Inc. Board of Directors, a non-profit organization, dedicated to developing attainable housing opportunities. She has held multiple board positions. Susan is the Co-Founder and Spokesperson for Stem Cells for Cures (established in 2008, a future non-profit) who will build an "ethnically diverse" Public Cord Blood Stem Cell Bank, educate pregnant Mother’s on how they can donate lifesaving stem cells to the bank and connect Patients who are suffering to life saving cures.
